2024 Vendor Application
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Bluegrass VegFest 2024!
The festival is Saturday, June 22nd, from noon-6pm, with a VIP Preview hour from 11-noon. Exhibitors will be indoors with A/C (except food trucks) in 19,000 sq ft room or an adjoining 12,500 sq ft room at the Mellwood Art Center, Louisville, KY.
Booth spaces are available at the affordable rates of $220 for a 6’x‘6 ft booth, or $275 for a 9’x9’ ft booth or food truck. The non-profit 6x6’ booth rate is $100. The price includes a 6 or 8’ table and 2 chairs. Larger booths and electric service are available for additional fees.

All products that are sold, sampled, or displayed must be vegan/100% plant-based.
